




Double Chocolate Brownie with Cali Date Syrup™ Swirl
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup Cali Date Syrup (+ extra for swirling)

2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup all-purpose flour
-
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-
1/2 tsp baking powder
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

Mix melted butter, sugar, Cali Date Syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate chunks.

Pour batter into the pan, drizzle extra Cali Date Syrup on top, and swirl with a toothpick.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
