




Cali Date Syrup™ Glazed Chicken with Citrus Herb Couscous
INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup Cali Date Syrup
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
1 cup couscous
-
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
-
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
-
1/4 cup chopped parsley
-
2 tbsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine Cali Date Syrup, soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with marinade.

Cook couscous in chicken broth, then fluff with lemon zest, juice, parsley, and olive oil.

Plate chicken over couscous and drizzle extra Cali Date Syrup glaze on top.
