




Cali Date Syrup Glazed Lemon Salmon
INGREDIENTS:

4 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1/4 cup Cali Date Syrup
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
Fresh parsley (or cilantro) for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a small bowl, whisk Cali Date Syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, ginger (optional), salt, and pepper.

Place salmon fillets in a dish, pour half the glaze over them, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Oven Method: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon skin-side down on a lined or oiled baking sheet, brush with remaining glaze, and roast for 12-15 minutes until flaky.

Pan-Seared Method: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon 4-5 minutes per side, brushing with glaze for caramelization.

Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve with lemon wedges. 🍋
