Cali Date Syrup™ Pecan

Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/4 cup Cali Date Syrup

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a food processor, pulse the oats, pecans, and chia seeds until finely chopped.

  • Add Cali Date Syrup, almond butter, vanilla, and salt.

  • Pulse again until everything is well mixed.

  • Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Enjoy as a nutritious snack!
