Sweet Heat Stuffed
Jalapeños
INGREDIENTS:

8-10 fresh jalapeños
-
4 oz (115g) soft cream cheese
-
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
-
1/4 cup of bacon
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
Cali Date Syrup for drizzling​
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Halve jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds.
-
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon (optional), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Fill jalapeños with the mixture, leveling the tops.
-
Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
-
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Drizzle with Cali Date Syrup.
-
Cool slightly and serve warm.
