Sweet and Savory Date-Glazed Flatbread Pizza
INGREDIENTS (serves 2 - 3):

2 flatbreads or naan
-
Crumbled goat cheese or feta
-
Prosciutto or bacon (optional)
-
Fresh arugula
-
Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
-
Sprinkle with goat or feta cheese.
-
Add prosciutto or bacon, if using.
-
Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cheese melts slightly.
-
Drizzle with Cali Date Syrup.
-
Top with arugula, nuts, and pepper flakes (optional).
-
Slice and serve warm.
