Sweet and Savory Date-Glazed Flatbread Pizza

INGREDIENTS (serves 2 - 3):

  • 2 flatbreads or naan

  • Cali Date Syrup

  • Crumbled goat cheese or feta

  • Prosciutto or bacon (optional)

  • Fresh arugula

  • Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle with goat or feta cheese.

  • Add prosciutto or bacon, if using.

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cheese melts slightly.

  • Drizzle with Cali Date Syrup.

  • Top with arugula, nuts, and pepper flakes (optional).

  • Slice and serve warm.
