Ancient Persian Date and Pomegranate Salad
INGREDIENTS:

10 pitted dates, chopped into small pieces

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
-
1 tbsp Cali Date Syrup
-
1 tbsp orange blossom water (optional)
-
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped dates, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts.

Drizzle the Cali Date Syrup and orange blossom water (if using) over the mixture and toss gently to combine.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Serve as a refreshing salad or dessert.
