Salted Caramel Date Syrup Panna Cotta
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups heavy cream
-
1 cup whole milk
-
1/2 cup granulated sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
-
2 1/4 tsp unflavored gelatin
-
3 tbsp cold water
-
1/4 cup Cali Date Syrup
-
A pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until just simmering.

Do not boil.

Remove from heat, stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
-
Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours until set.

For the topping, mix Cali Date Syrup with a pinch of sea salt and drizzle over the panna cotta before serving.

SERVING TIP: Add a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for extra texture.
